Pretty & Polished: Chelsea Chelsea Bling Bling

Sometimes a girl just needs pink. And glitter.  Together, in one awesome lacquer. The amazing Chelsea at Pretty & Polished knows these sorts of things and she also happened to create Chelsea Chelsea Bling Bling.

(Please ignore that I held the bottle label with wet hands one time and smeared ink. I'm sure that me pointing this out will definitely make sure no one sees it).
 Bling Bling!
 And the reveal . . .

So girly. So fun. Perfect.

Pretty & Polished lacquers are great for many reasons, but one reason that always stands out for me as a consumer is that they can be used alone or for layering. CCBB is no exception to this. So I opted to try CCBB with and without unders. The unders being Sinful Colors Cream Pink, a shimmery blue-hued pink that was opaque in one coat for me.

You can see how I opted to use CCBB in the photo:
CCBB looks great on its own if you want something a little more on the sheer side. But if you want a stronger pink, like I did, I definitely recommend layering over something similar to Cream Pink.

Application was great and very smooth. I was underwhelmed with the amount of glitter in CCBB. As you can see from my photos, I didn't get that much glitter with two coats and had to really build with three coats to get the jelly sandwich effect on my ring finger. This could be a positive or a negative depending on your relationship status with glitter in polish.

If you are interested in purchasing CCBB or any other Pretty & Polished lacquer, click here for Chelsea's Etsy shop! The shop tends to sell out very quickly so make sure you also visit Pretty & Polished's website here or check out Chelsea's Facebook page to stay updated on her polish line and get notices on when polishes will go up for sale. Pretty & Polished will also be sold at Llarowe shortly so check there as well.
