And so another weekend comes to an end and, for a lot of people, tomorrow means back to work, myself included. It was a fun weekend for me that involved hanging out with my kiddo and going to a baseball game today. And to celebrate, I have a little Pahlish Dark Parades to show you.
It just so happens that Dark Parades (a brand new bottle, not the one I used here) is included in one of the three sets up for grabs in my 100 Likes Giant Indie Giveaway. If you haven't entered, please do so immediately because it ends on Friday, July 13.
Dark Parades is a very squishy dark purple jelly packed with all kinds and colors of glitter.
Bottle macro. So squishy!
And here are two thickish (totally a word, right?) coats of Dark Parades, no undies. Isn't this gorgeous?Click "Read more" for additional swatches and information on where to purchase Dark Parades and other amazing lacquers from Pahlish!
All photos were taken in natural light, without flash, and show two coats of Dark Parades with one coat of Seche Vite topcoat to finish things off.
Purples are notoriously difficult to accurately photograph but I think I did a decent job, if I do say so myself.
As with all other Pahlish lacquers that I own, application was great, there was plenty of glitter, and everything is gorgeous. If you don't own anything from Pahlish and love glitter, you are doing yourself a disservice.
If you are interested in purchasing Dark Parades or any other Pahlish lacquer, please check out Shannon's Etsy shop. Or check out Pahlish's Facebook page to keep up to date on polish release dates and other info!
