The third installation of Blue Mondays is here and today I have Pretty & Polished Rainbow Sparkle, a multicolored glitter with a blue, slightly shimmery base.

Rainbow Sparkle could definitely be worn on its own but I cheated and wore it over Essie Mesmerize, a bright blue creme.
All photos were taken in natural light, without flash. I used one coat of Rainbow Sparkle over one coat of Mesmerize. Isn't this a great combo??
Application on Rainbow Sparkle was great. I didn't have any problems with the glitters and the pigment on this is good.
